If you are a member of the general public:
The operating systems support and integration website hardware suffered a psu failure after a power outage.
A site refresh is long overdue, and this has helped to move it on, at a faster rate..
Some of the origional matirial will be bought back as it still has some value, however the origional site design is not to be bought back.
Instead the site will be moving to a multi domain hosted site to concentrate its efforts more specificly to the areas that it was moving. Linuxpc.co.uk will become more important as we create a site that is dedicated to getting users away from the costly (in more ways than one) XP/Vista environments onto a linux platform. This will be combined with the release of Mandriva 2009 spring edition which will be with us soon.
ossi.co.uk, will continue to act as a condiut for all operating systems, bringing them all together, including Solaris, Linux, Windows, and if your really that way inclined, MacOSX. In addition a couple of other domains we have registered will offer some collaberation tools designed to create an online comunity for help and assistance
If you had access to the secure areas before
We will be endevouring to re-instate all the origional file download/update areas that existed before, if you have a specific requirment for one of the documents or files that were hostsed before, then contact us..
You are free to use the images below on Apache and CentOS Linux powered HTTP servers. Thanks for using Apache and CentOS!
